Kim Yang is a singer-songwriter who cut her teeth playing around Canberra. The voice is a soulful one and the fingerpicking underneath it is gentle, which together hold a room's attention without ever raising the volume. She puts the song choices for a wedding together around the couple's own story rather than a standard ceremony list, and she plays across the day: ceremony, reception and the parts in between.
