The act
Jake and Elwood are back together, and the band behind them is a proper show band. Sweet Home Chicago run the Blues Brothers catalogue out of Wollongong, hats and shades and brass included: Everybody Needs Somebody, Shake a Tail Feather, Gimme Some Loving, Soul Man. Dave Quin and Colin Hardcastle head the line-up. The format flexes a long way, from a duo up through seven pieces to the full 12-piece show, so it works in a function room or on a decent stage. And once the movie songs are done, they'll keep the floor moving with 50s through to 70s dance music, Beatles to Elvis to Elton John. Corporate nights, parties and venues.
