What to expect
Talks, presentations and keynotes on being memorable and influential when you're the one holding the microphone. The tone is light and the audience gets asked to join in, and the tips are the kind people can actually use on Monday. Susan works out what your organisation needs first, then builds the talk around that. She'll stay in touch with whoever is organising the event right through the lead-up, and on the day she can arrive up to an hour early so nothing is being sorted out at the last minute.
On the day
A data projector, and a microphone she can wear, either a headset or a lapel unit. That's the technical side covered. If your venue has its own AV person, a quick handover before the session is all that's needed.
