What to expect
Shane Mallory arrives early, gets a feel for how the day is running, and stays afterwards to talk to your delegates rather than disappearing once his slot ends. He'll step in if another speaker's flight is late. The content comes out of a working life: 26 years as a police officer, 22 years teaching, two decades in web development, ten years running his own business, plus acting and directing in theatre. He tells stories, and people laugh while the point lands. He'll shape a session around what your delegates actually need, and he won't try to run your conference for you.
On the day
Strictly speaking, an audience is the only requirement. A microphone helps. If you want slides to go with the talk, Shane supplies those himself. He'll work with whatever tech your venue has, from almost nothing up to a full production setup.
