The act
Twenty years of professional playing sits behind this Sunshine Coast violinist, who trained at the Royal College of Music in London before moving to Australia and taking a Bachelor of Classical Performance at the Elder Conservatorium in Adelaide. Most of the work is weddings, and the arrangements get personalised rather than pulled off a shelf. A one hour ceremony package covers fifteen minutes of music as guests arrive, the bridal party entrance, the signing of the register, the announcement and exit, then ten minutes of something upbeat to finish. Proposals, elopements and canape hours are all on the menu too, and special requests are welcome. Acoustic playing needs no power. Amplification comes along if the space calls for it.

Good to know
What to expect
Twenty years of professional playing behind the bow, and the practical result is punctuality, polish and an ambience that suits the moment rather than fighting it. Arrangements are written for your ceremony, not lifted from a standard list, which is why the communication before the day matters as much as the playing on it. You'll know what's happening and when. Special requests are genuinely welcome.
On the day
Setup happens fifteen minutes before the performance starts. Acoustic playing needs no power at all, so an outdoor ceremony under a tree is no harder than a chapel. If the space is large or noisy enough to need it, amplification is brought along and used.
Performance options
The one hour ceremony package opens with fifteen minutes of background music as guests arrive, then covers the bridal party entrance, the signing of the register, and the announcement and exit of the married couple, each with your own song choice. It finishes with ten minutes of something upbeat while everyone finds each other. A repertoire list is sent across when you ask for it.
