What to expect
The energy doesn't taper off after the first twenty minutes, and that's the actual test of an MC. Remstar is fun and professional across a whole shift, not just the part where everyone's still fresh. He takes direction easily, so if something changes on the day and there's an announcement that needs making or a segment that's moved, tell him and it's handled. Ten years of doing this sits behind it, along with work as a TV host, actor, spruiker, brand ambassador, wrestler and voice over artist. He'll hold a script exactly as written if that's what you need, or read the room and improvise while still hitting every point on your list.
On the day
His voice is loud and clear enough to work without one, so a small room is no problem. That said, if you've got a microphone he'll happily use it, and for a larger space you'll want him on one. He holds an RSA and a Working with Children Check, and he carries his own personal liability cover, which some venues will ask about.
Performance options
There's no fixed menu here. Tell him what your event needs and he'll work with it, whether that's straight hosting, a script to hold to, extra segments, or something that doesn't fit the usual shape of an MC booking.
