On the day
Not much at all. A microphone, lapel or handheld, and a PA. Bigger rooms are easier with a lectern, and a screen and projector if he's running visuals, otherwise neither is needed. Fifteen or twenty minutes in the space beforehand covers the sound check. Adam will work with whatever gear the venue already has.
