What to expect
Before the day, Jessica gets you on a call. She wants to know who's in the room and how the running order sits, because a set that lands at a gala dinner will die at a networking hour. On stage she reads people, calls out thoughts they haven't said aloud, and picks apart the signals the room didn't know it was giving off. It's more psychology than trickery, and she keeps it warm. Roving is the quieter version, small clusters of guests at a time, which breaks the ice between people who arrived not knowing each other. As an MC she keeps things moving without shouting at anyone.
On the day
It depends which format you book. The stage show wants a clear performance area everyone can see, a headset or lapel mic, basic lighting, a small props table and water. Roving needs nothing technical at all, just floor space to move through, since she carries her own props. The keynote adds a screen or LED display for slides and a presenter remote. For MC work she'll use whatever microphone is going, but she'll want the run sheet and a line to your AV team ahead of time. A briefing call comes as standard whichever one you pick.

And she hosts as MC, weaving in moments of mentalism through the program if you want the energy topped up. She'll take more than one role at the same event, so MC plus a show is a common combination.
