The act
Corporate MC work, done with a run sheet in hand and an eye on the clock. Natasha keeps a program moving: clean speaker introductions, transitions that don't sag, and audience interaction that lifts the energy without derailing the schedule. Her background spans business, wellness and performance coaching, so she can moderate a panel or facilitate a professional development day rather than simply reading names off a card. She works half-day and full-day corporate events, leadership programs, and hybrid conferences with both a room and a livestream audience. Warm, quick-witted, and she reads when to lift a room and when to let it settle. Brisbane based.

Good to know
What to expect
Natasha Coughlan runs a program the way a good MC should, with the clock in view and the room in hand. Speaker introductions land properly. Transitions don't drag. Audience interaction happens where it lifts things rather than where it eats ten minutes you needed. Her style is warm and quick on her feet, and she reads the difference between a room that needs energy and one that needs a moment to think. Storytelling sits alongside real facilitation, which is why she can hold a corporate professional development day or a hybrid conference together, not just read names off a card.
Performance options
Natasha Coughlan works several ways. Corporate MC for a half day up to four hours, covering speaker introductions, transitions, energy management and structured audience engagement, with a pre-event briefing and run sheet alignment built in. The full day version runs up to eight hours and adds a planning call, a customised run sheet and theme integration. There's a hybrid option for events running an in-person room and a livestream at once, taking in cross-site engagement and AV coordination. On the speaking side, a 45 to 60 minute keynote on business performance and resilience, an extended 60 to 90 minute version with reflection exercises, and a wellness and high performance session covering mental resilience, women's health in leadership and future-ready teams. Keynote plus full day MC can be combined.
