Rick can get energy out of a room that arrived with none. Twenty years of daily coaching and speaking sit behind that, along with a working knowledge of human physiology and psychology and a lot of hands-on experience in the mental health space. His style is raw and relatable rather than polished, and he mixes humour with genuine clarity, so the message lands with whoever is in the room. No jargon, no complicated frameworks. Based in Edithvale, Victoria, he takes corporate keynotes, culture and leadership sessions, wellbeing talks and MC work. Audiences tend to leave wanting to get more out of themselves, and at least a few of them go for a run about it.
