Past engagements include private functions for the Governor of Queensland at Government House, and a Brisbane luncheon attended by Queen Elizabeth II. The ceremony format is well worked out: prelude music for fifteen to thirty minutes before guests are seated, the processional, the signing of the register, the recessional, then background playing afterwards.
