The show combines Dauntless Crew's stunts with the musicians of Let's Groove Tonight, bringing movement and live music into the same production. Partner lifts and dance routines feature alongside team stunts backed by the band. One fifteen minute format pairs two singers and a guitarist with eight or ten dancers, while another uses a band of six.
