APOTEOZZY SAMBA
The act
As guests spill out for canapes, this is the sort of act that can turn a wedding into a mini Rio street party. APOTEOZZY SAMBA is a Perth act built around samba dancers, Brazilian drumming and live percussion, with carnival costumes and choreographed routines at the centre. Their Rio Carnival showcase runs for up to 25 minutes, with line-ups from 3 to 12 performers, and Frevo acrobatics add a different flash of Brazilian performance. Guests can be brought into the action, and there are photo opportunities with the performers too, so it won't sit quietly at the edge of the room. This suits a couple who want colour, movement and a wedding crowd that gets involved early.
