A power point is nice to have, but it isn't essential, because all the equipment runs on battery as well. Outdoors takes more thought. The violin can't get wet and it doesn't like the sun either, so any outdoor booking needs an undercover spot plus a backup location ready to use if the weather turns. If it's raining or looks like it will, she'll move to the nearest shelter, but if there's nothing close by she won't be able to play. Heat matters too, so an outdoor wedding over 35 degrees needs a properly shaded area. If you're unsure whether your location works, raise it early and she'll talk it through with you.
