You need a private space, some chairs and an audience. A stage isn't always necessary, particularly under 150 people, though if you do have one it wants to be big enough to hold the volunteers. Pro AV is welcome if the venue has it. If not, Gerard can usually bring speakers and lights along at no extra cost. The rest is handled at his end.
