Sets are relaxed and never pushy, so the music sits under the conversation and lifts the room a little rather than taking it over. Good for a long lunch, a dinner party or drinks before something else starts. He brings his own small PA and is happy to travel to most places within reason.
A power point close to where he's playing, and that's most of it. If you're putting him outside he'll need cover overhead. And if there's genuinely no power where you want the music, say so early: battery power for the PA can be sorted, it just needs arranging in advance rather than on the day.
