The act
Flower power, played live. Austin Flowers fronts the Morris Minors, a six piece Melbourne band devoted to the best of 60s Britain: Beatles, Stones, Kinks, The Who, The Animals, Hollies, Small Faces, Cream and Spencer Davis. The set moves from Route 66 and You Really Got Me through Itchycoo Park, Wild Thing and Jumpin Jack Flash, which is to say it's built for dancing and singing along, not for sitting down. They bring all their own PA and equipment, so the venue just needs to make space for the go go moves.

Good to know
On the day
Six musicians, one PA, and all of it theirs. Nothing needs hiring in and nothing needs borrowing from the venue. What the room does need to give them is floor: a stage or clear area big enough for six people and the equipment, with power to hand, and ideally a bit of space in front for the dancing that tends to break out.
