That sounds like a low bar until you have booked a comedian who treats it as a favour they are doing you. She will hold five minutes or a full hour and she is comfortable either way.
A microphone and dim lighting make a real difference, but neither is a dealbreaker and she'll work without them. If you haven't got the gear, she can supply her own.
