Guitar and vocal grooves, blues and nothing but, old material and new sitting side by side. Tim plays both acoustic and electric, and the pleasure of it is hearing one player cover that much ground on his own.

The act
A wedding gathering with time to settle into blues could find its musical mood in Tim Gaze's guitar and vocals. He plays acoustic and electric guitar, with older and newer music informing the performance, and formed his first band in 1966 at thirteen. By fifteen he was playing professionally with Tamam Shud, before a career that included live and recorded work with artists such as Renee Geyer and Russell Morris. An evening listening feature would be an inviting time to hear that voice and guitar, giving you a shared pause within the wider reception celebration.

On the day
Tim works with the house sound system, foldback included, so there is no rig to load in or build on the day. He is open to discussing other arrangements where the situation calls for it. Performance length runs to a maximum of two one hour sets.
