Either two sets of an hour, or three of 40 minutes with 15 minute intervals in between, whichever suits your run sheet better. During those breaks the room doesn't go quiet: The Stringbirds put background music through their own PA so there's something under the conversation until they're back on. They need an hour before they start to set up and get the sound right, so build that into the timings when you're planning the day.
Outdoors, they need a covered area. Power for the sound system, lighting so they can see what they're playing, and somewhere safe to leave gear if the space is public. Vehicle access matters at both ends, dropping off and picking up, so flag any long carry or awkward laneway early. Last one, and it's easy to forget: five basic chairs with no arms. Arms get in the way of playing an instrument sitting down.
