The act
Six players out of Melbourne, with a female lead vocalist, a male lead on rhythm guitar, lead guitar, keys, bass and drums. The Renditions cover the 60s through to now, and the list is broad on purpose: The Beatles, the Rolling Stones, Cold Chisel, Skyhooks, Paul Kelly, Crowded House, Fleetwood Mac, Lenny Kravitz, Adele, Duffy, Bruno Mars, Taylor Swift. They'll work out the right mix with you beforehand and learn requests if you get them in early. Dinner needs quieter music, so that's what dinner gets. There's a three-piece version with vocals, acoustic guitar and keys for smaller rooms. They bring their own sound engineer and PA, and they'll deal with the venue directly about access and sound checks.

Good to know
What to expect
The music gets worked out with you first, not decided on the night. Send requests through early and they'll learn them properly. On the day they handle the venue directly to sort access, sound checks and moving equipment, so that back-and-forth doesn't land on you. Sound systems and stage lighting come as part of it where you need them. Volume is pitched to the room rather than the band, and they'll dress to match the occasion. Corporate functions, festivals, weddings and parties are all regular ground.
On the day
When the event calls for it, the band brings its own sound engineer and a front of house PA that covers everything from a small room up to auditoriums holding 150 or more. The six on stage are a female lead vocalist, a male lead vocal who also plays rhythm guitar, lead guitar, keyboards, bass and drums, so plan the stage area around that.
Performance options
The main version is six players. For quieter and more intimate events there's a three piece instead, built from vocals, acoustic guitar and keyboard, which fits a room where a full band would simply be too much.
