Two, three or four sets of 45 minutes with quarter-hour breaks, and a quieter set of background music for the dining stretch. Ask early and they'll learn a song that matters to you. You choose two, three or four sets, each running 45 minutes with a quarter hour break between them. The band bring everything required on the night, PA and lighting included. There's also a quieter set of background music they'll play through the dining part of the night, so the meal has music under it without anyone raising their voice to be heard across the table.
Access to the room an hour before your start time is the one firm ask, since that covers load-in and a sound check. On site they need a 240V power point close by that's in good order, and a stage or performance area of about 3 by 4 metres.
