Twenty years of playing sits behind this, and what you notice is the admin as much as the music. They'll take your calls and emails as often as you need them, hand you the microphone for speeches and announcements, and either play your own playlist before and after the sets or handle the background music themselves. Choose songs from their repertoire so you know what's coming, or ask them to learn something specific. The PA and lighting are modern and tidy. And the format bends: soloist, duo, trio, band, DJ, strings, or male and female leads together.
On the day
Two hours in the venue before guests arrive is what they ask for, along with access to the space during that window so everything is up, tested and quiet by the time the first person walks in. The size of the setup is yours to choose. A soloist or duo takes a small footprint and keeps the volume down, and the full electrified band needs more room and more power. Tell them which you're after and they'll advise on the space it needs.
Performance options
Line-ups run from a soloist through duo, trio, four piece and five piece, with a DJ, a pianist or a string section available alongside. Male and female leads can front it together. That range is what lets one booking cover a full wedding: ceremony, canapes, dinner and reception all handled by the same people.
