The American Classics
The act
American hits, one after another, played by a Melbourne band with a lot of road behind it. The frontman has worked with some of Australia's biggest acts, Shannon Noll and The Veronicas among them, and has played the Viper Room and House of Blues in Los Angeles as well as SXSW in Texas. Dave Stevens is on bass and vocals, a fixture of the St Kilda music scene for a decade, with touring credits and work alongside Jeff Lang, Sonic Youth and Tim Rogers. Stewie is on drums and vocals, a North Queenslander with plenty of national and overseas touring in his history. The American Classics have played all over Australia and take private functions, birthdays, weddings, festivals, themed events and venue bookings.
