Ceremonies are the specialty, and Tayla will tell you the moment a couple first sees each other is her favourite part of the job. Aisle, registry and exit songs are played live, so the timing follows the couple rather than a recording running out too early. Away from weddings, Tayla Mae Duo play up to three hours for corporate events, venues and private functions, moving between old sing-alongs and current radio. Amy Shark, Amy Winehouse, Ed Sheeran, Snow Patrol, The Corrs, Dua Lipa, that sort of ground.
On the day
The pair own their PA and all the music equipment they need, and it travels with them to every booking. That means the venue isn't asked to supply anything on the sound side, and you don't have to chase a hire company or work out whose speakers are being used on the day.
Performance options
Three wedding options, each one longer than the last. The first is the ceremony on its own, with your aisle, registry and exit songs played live. The second adds canapes, keeping the music going while guests move between the two. The third takes the whole day: ceremony, canapes, a dinner set, then a DJ set to carry the party through the evening.
