The act
Emily is a classically trained pianist and music teacher, more than 20 years at the piano and over 10 teaching, now working freelance and travelling around Sydney to play. The classical grounding is worth knowing about, because it means she reads a room and a brief rather than working through one fixed set. She tailors what she plays to the event, whether that's a reception, a conference, an anniversary, a yacht party, a restaurant or a gallery.
