Seventeen players and a repertoire that stretches back to the music that made the form. Vocalist Jessica Zamprogno fronts it, and her background is broad: television, cabaret, production singing for Princess Cruises, the Sydney Showboats, and lead roles in Priscilla, Queen of the Desert and Mamma Mia. The full band is eighteen strong, and many of the players have thirty or more professional years behind them, in their own jazz outfits or backing well-known Australian and international names. Based around Penrith, they've spent years on club stages, private functions and fundraisers across Western Sydney. The book covers Frank Sinatra, Buddy Rich, Natalie Cole, Ella Fitzgerald, Michael Buble, Glenn Miller, Disney classics and swinging Christmas material in December.
