The act works with couples to shape song selections around their plans, with individual arrangements something you can request. What to expect
The lead-up is handled by email, or over the phone if that suits you better, working out what you actually want from the day. A week out they check in again in case anything has shifted or you have late worries. On the day they arrive with hours in hand. Setting up slowly is deliberate: they want the gear placed so it sits with the surroundings rather than against them. Sound check follows, then they disappear until it's time to play. If something unexpected comes up on the day, they'll work around it.
On the day
Power is the usual ask. You point them at a powerpoint and everything past that is theirs. Site with no electricity? Mention it. They have ways around that.
