The set list isn't fixed before they've spoken to you. Sticky Carpet go through it with you first and build the night around the people you've invited, which is why the same band can play a 21st and a work function without either room getting somebody else's show. Expect the pub rock end of the 70s, 80s and 90s, and expect it loud enough to sing over.
Either they bring the audio and lighting themselves, or they use what your venue already has. Both are fine by them. If the room has a decent house system, say so when you enquire and they'll plan around it.
It gets packaged as one arrangement covering how long you want the band playing plus whichever gear you need them to supply. So if the venue has sound but no lights, that's what you book. Tell them what's already in the room and what's missing.
