Bendigo's Standard Procedure are a five piece built around 70s disco, with funk, pop and party anthems either side of it. Think ABBA and the Bee Gees, Stevie Wonder, Tina Turner, Village People, Shocking Blue. Two crew come along for sound and lighting, so the production is properly run rather than a couple of speakers on stands. They'll want time to look at the venue and set up, 240 volt power, and a clear answer on sound checks and smoke machines. Equipment is tested and tagged, and public liability cover is held.

Power is 240 volt, though 32 amp three phase works if that's what the room has. Two things to settle early: whether a sound check is possible, and whether smoke machines are allowed where you are. If arriving early for the check is what it takes, they'll do it.
