They'll want a decent window at the venue before doors, both to look at the space and to get the sound and lighting rigs up properly. Power is 240 volt, though 32 amp three phase works if that's what the room has. Two things to settle early: whether a sound check is possible, and whether smoke machines are allowed where you are. If arriving early for the check is what it takes, they'll do it.
