On the day
About four metres by five of flat indoor floor is what seven players and a brass section need, plus access to mains power. Flat matters more than you'd think once there's a drum kit involved. Have a look at the room and make sure that footprint isn't where you also wanted the cake table, because it's the one measurement that can't really be squeezed.
Performance options
The band handles its own production. High quality PA and lighting travel with them, and a wireless microphone comes along for your MC and for speeches, which saves chasing a separate mic from the venue.
