Funk, soul and disco, played by a group of DJs who work alongside dancers and other performers. So the shape of the night depends on who you book from the collective. It can be one DJ holding the floor, or a much bigger thing with people moving in front of the decks.
Book the DJ on their own. Add an MC. Add dancers on top of that. Or go further and bring live acts into the set alongside the DJ, or book the live acts by themselves. Audio and production gear can come as part of the arrangement rather than being sorted separately.
