Every piece of gear comes with the band, so your venue does not need a rig waiting. What they do want is two clear hours in the room before the show starts. That covers loading in, putting five people's equipment where it belongs and getting the sound right while the room is still empty, which is the only time you can properly hear it. Check your venue will actually let them in that early, because plenty of rooms are still being dressed at that point.
