What to expect
The pair work with you before the day to fit the music around the event and shape the set list around what you actually want to hear. On the day they arrive early to get the gear up, and they stay afterwards to pack it all down, so nothing is left sitting in your venue at midnight. PA, mixing desk, lights and wireless mics all come with them. The wireless mics are the useful part at a wedding: a speech or a toast can happen anywhere in the room without anybody being marched to a stand.
On the day
Power points somewhere close to where they'll be playing, and a performance area agreed with you in advance rather than pointed at on arrival. Outdoors, they need a covered spot. Everything else, sound system, mixing desk, lighting, microphones, is theirs and travels with them.
