Here's a small thing that tells you a lot about RollerToaster. Most bands play three 45 minute sets. This Melbourne trio would rather take one break and play two sets of an hour and twenty, because they reckon the standard break lands right when a room is finally warming up. Drums, bass, and guitar with vocals, out of the south-east suburbs, playing 80s, 90s and 2000s classics, rock and a bit of pop punk. Over 250 songs in the pool, so they can chase whatever the crowd responds to. They bring full PA and lighting and need power and floor space. The line-up can grow to five with a female singer and a second guitarist for corporate work, and they'll travel to Echuca, Sale and Wonthaggi.

Good to know
What to expect
Most bands give you three sets of 45 minutes. RollerToaster would rather play two sets of an hour and twenty with a single break, and their reasoning is sound: the standard break tends to land right when a room has finally warmed up and people are on the floor. So they keep going instead. There are over 250 songs to draw from, 80s, 90s and 2000s classics, rock and some pop punk, which means they can follow whatever the crowd is responding to instead of grinding through a fixed list.
On the day
Power, and floor space big enough for the band to fit in. The PA and the lighting both arrive with them, fully included, so your venue isn't sourcing a system or paying for a rig. Worth measuring the corner you had in mind before the day, since a three piece with a full lighting setup takes up more room than people expect.
Performance options
The trio is the standard line-up: drums, bass, and guitar with vocals. For corporate work the band grows to five, adding a female singer and a second guitarist, which gives you both male and female lead vocals and a wider range of songs to pick from. They'll also travel out of Melbourne, as far as Echuca, Sale and Wonthaggi.
