On the day
An hour on site before guests arrive covers set-up and sound check. There needs to be a power point for the PA and somewhere to park. If the venue has any quirks, say a side street load-in, no parking on the day, or a requirement that gear be tagged and tested, flag it in advance rather than on arrival.
Performance options
Every booking, whatever the size, comes with the PA and lighting, one to four sets depending on how the day runs, and background music of your choosing between them. The mic is yours for speeches and MC announcements. Entrance, first dance and departure songs are covered, you pick your songs off the list, and a special song can be learned for the occasion if you ask early enough. Travel, set-up and sound check are part of it. There's a planning chat beforehand for anyone who wants one.
