Ask for a fourth and you'll get it. If you want a bigger sound, Rach moves to guitar, Will picks up bass and Lachy brings the drums along. There's a quieter option too: Rach singing and playing with Lachy on saxophone.
On the day
They carry their own PA, and there's a size for every room. A small rig covers a cafe or a house party. For a full band sound in a bigger room, subwoofers come along too. All they ask for is somewhere to plug in. And if you've picked a spot with a view and no power, that's fine as well, because a battery amp lives in the van for exactly that.
Performance options
Four line-ups. The duo is Rach and Will on vocals and guitar. Add Lachy on drums or saxophone and it becomes a trio. The full band brings bass and drums in behind them. And there's a fourth shape, Rach on vocals and acoustic guitar with Lachy on sax, which sits nicely under a ceremony or a long lunch.
