What to expect
For a wedding they'll usually suggest a shape and then let you move it around. Ten to fifteen minutes of background music while guests are arriving and finding seats. One piece for the entrance. On the day
Three armless chairs. Armrests get in the way of a bow, which is why the detail matters. If they're playing outdoors they'll need shade over the spot, both for the players and for the instruments, since a violin left sitting in Perth sun is not a happy instrument. Beyond that there's nothing to organise.
