Twenty musicians on a stage produce a sound nothing smaller can imitate, and Project Swing is a big band in the full traditional sense. It's a young band, and the energy that comes with that is the other half of what you're getting. Big sound, plenty of drive, and an audience that gets more than it bargained for.
Twenty players need room: roughly 7.5 by 5 metres of stage or floor. The band arrives with its own PA and equipment, and there's a stage plan available so the venue can see the layout in advance. From the venue they need 18 chairs and a power source close to the stage. Check the dimensions against your room early, because that footprint rules out some spaces.
