Easy company, basically. Pheonix Rose reads the mood of a room and shifts the set to match it, so a quiet afternoon and a rowdy night don't get the same songs. Requests are welcome if you send them through beforehand. Kids at family events get looked after, usually with a bit of Harry Styles or Taylor Swift, which reliably works. Expect some crowd chat and a few laughs where the room wants it, and a bit less of that where it doesn't.
Everything travels in the car: speakers, mixer, microphone and extension leads. A single power point is the whole list. Setup runs about half an hour to 45 minutes and it's counted inside the booking, not billed on top.
