He also needs a dedicated double outlet on 240V mains close to the playing area. A generator works if there's genuinely no other option.
Performance options
Pick the size: solo, duo, or a band scaled to your room. PA hire on its own is there too if you'd rather run your own playlists. You can mix formats across a night as well, say a couple of hours solo then a trio later, or live music first and your own playlist through the PA after. Sets run around forty five minutes each and he'll line the breaks up with your speeches or award presentations. Bookings run from one hour up to six, timed from the first song to the last, and he arrives an hour before the music starts to set up.
