This is a whole evening, planned in parts. Guests arrive to smooth acoustic music while they find their seats. Recorded theme music covers the entrance of the wedding party or the VIPs. Dinner gets something more mellow underneath it, and the breaks are filled with music you've chosen during the planning stage. Wireless microphones are supplied for speeches and the MC. Then the formalities finish and it changes gear entirely, with backings, disco lights and a run of dance, pop and rock. They'll dress for a theme night if you've got one, and they're happy to.
On the day
Their own lighting and sound production is part of every quote, and it scales up to a crowd of a thousand, so a small function room and a large reception venue are both covered without you sourcing anything extra. That includes lights on the performers, lights over the dance floor, and microphones for the speeches.
