Mono Weddings brings the full sound system, lighting, and a wireless mic for the speeches, so the ceremony, the canapes and the reception all run off the one setup. Sets are 45 minutes with 15-minute breaks, and volume gets matched to the room rather than the other way around. A battery PA covers acoustic sets in spots with no power. Gold Coast based. Shelter needed if it rains, to keep the gear safe.

What to expect
One performer covering the whole day in three different gears. Soft acoustic while people are arriving and eating, live looping when the room needs more push, then a DJ set once the dancing starts. Sets run 45 minutes with 15-minute breaks between them, and there's recorded music filling those gaps so the room never falls silent. Volume and energy get set to suit the venue and the crowd, not the other way round. The PA and the lighting are good gear, and a wireless mic is there for the speeches. Arrival is an hour or two before the first note, with music cues sorted out beforehand with your celebrant or planner.
On the day
For the ceremony and canapes there's a battery PA, so a lawn or a spot with no power point is fine. Reception music and the DJ set do need a standard power point near where he's playing. Shelter matters if rain looks likely, both for the gear and for playing safely, and a small area nearby to stow equipment cases helps. If your venue runs a noise limit, say so early and he'll work inside it.
Performance options
The wedding runs in four parts and you can take as many as you like. Ceremony is usually an hour all up: half an hour of music as guests arrive, then your processional, signing and recessional songs. Canapes is two hours, two 50-minute sets, acoustic pop and feel-good covers pitched for people talking. Reception is up to two hours, acoustic or electric, with the bridal party entrance, cake cutting and first dance covered. Then it's DJ mode after the first dance, running your playlist or his, with requests welcome. Give a month's notice and he'll learn a special song for a key moment.
