The act
Merlot Music is a Perth act that scales. A stripped-back duo, a trio, or a full band, depending on what the room needs. The standard booking is three 45-minute sets, with about an hour and a quarter of set-up time before doors. Two directions in the repertoire: an upbeat list running through It's Not Unusual, Can't Take My Eyes Off You, I Wanna Dance with Somebody and New York, New York, and a wedding list built on Can't Help Falling in Love, Perfect and A Thousand Years. Requests get learned. Ceremony and reception can both be covered, and set lengths bend either way.

What to expect
The standard booking is three sets of forty five minutes, which paces a function night about right. Set-up is built into that, so you're not paying for their load-in as an extra. If you have particular songs that matter to you, a first dance or something a family member wants to hear, say so when you book and they'll work it in. Travel outside the Perth metro area does vary, so give them the location early and the quote will come back accurate rather than approximate. Duo, trio or full band, the approach is the same.
On the day
One hour and fifteen minutes of venue access before your event starts, so the gear can go up and get checked without rushing. That's the whole ask.
Performance options
For weddings there are ceremony only packages as a duo or a trio, and ceremony plus reception packages in either of those sizes. If you want the room bigger at the reception, there's a full band package for that part of the day. Parties, venues and general function hire are covered as a duo or a trio. Each of these runs three forty five minute sets as standard, but that's not rigid. Ask for longer or shorter when you book and they'll adjust it.
