Magic Inc
The act
Magic Inc is a Sydney-based magician.
Adam Mada, the Sydney magician behind Magic Inc., works in two ways: a stage show built to hold a whole room, and close up magic performed among your guests. His style is contemporary and interactive, so the people watching become part of each illusion instead of looking on from a distance. That rests on serious theatre craft, since he designed and directed the magic for Netflix's Wonka: The Golden Ticket and worked on Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. He is also Head of Magic and Illusion at NIDA. For a wedding, the close up set fits the stretch after the ceremony, when guests mingle over drinks while you are away having photos taken. The stage show belongs later, at the reception, once everyone is seated and ready to watch together.
