Two things to sort out. One is a power point they can reach from where they are playing. The other only applies outdoors: they have to be under cover, so a verandah, marquee or similar shelter over the playing area matters as much as the forecast does. Flag an outdoor spot early and they may be able to bring a small marquee of their own, though that has to be arranged well beforehand, not on the day.
