If the venue has no sound system, they'll bring their own. And if your guests are enjoying themselves and you ask them to keep going past the finish, they don't say no.
They'll use the house PA if your venue has one. If not, bringing their own is no trouble at all, and that gets settled when they quote, along with anything else specific your room or your night happens to need.
