Jazz Foundry
The act
Jazz Foundry are a Sydney band who move through jazz, funk and pop depending on what the hour needs. Ambient during pre dinner drinks and through the meal, then up tempo once the plates are cleared and people are ready to move. They've played the Opera House, Customs House, the Four Seasons, the Hilton's Marble Bar, the Pullman Quay Grand, Manly Wharf Hotel, the Palisade and the Marrickville Ritz, which is a decent spread of rooms from the grand to the local. The line-up scales from a duo up to six pieces, so the same band works for a small cocktail party or a full gala dinner.
