What to expect
You'll meet them before the day. Jackson Broadway sit down with clients and go through exactly what's wanted, which songs matter, which ones don't, how the night runs, so nobody's improvising on the afternoon. Then it's a duo through dinner and the sit-down part, before they switch to the bigger sound with backing tracks once people are ready to dance. Communication is the part they're proudest of, and honestly it's the part that goes wrong most often with bands. The setlist leans on what a Hunter Valley crowd will actually sing back.
On the day
Not much room needed. Around two metres by two handles the duo, and three by three covers the trio. They're flexible beyond that and can usually make an awkward corner work, so if your space is tight or oddly shaped, describe it when you enquire rather than assuming it rules them out. Own equipment and public liability insurance are carried.
