What to expect
Jennifer out front on vocals, Tim on guitar, and decades of doing this between the two of them. It shows in what they leave out. The set is picked rather than padded, running from 60s material through to current radio, so the room can eat dinner at eight and be dancing by ten without anything jarring in between. Most people hand the song list over and let them read it on the night, which is usually the right call. But if you'd rather steer it yourself, say so early and they'll work to it. Weddings mostly, though they also play funerals, where a real voice matters more than a big rig.
On the day
Small footprint. Roughly three metres by two of floor or stage will do it, with two power points somewhere near. That's genuinely the list. Somewhere to park the car is appreciated if the venue can manage it, though it isn't a deal breaker. Because the setup is this modest, they fit into rooms that can't accommodate a full band, which is worth knowing if your space is tight.
